Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use within 3 days of delivery. Buyer assumes responsibility for all actual shipping costs both ways (even when “free shipping” is offered). Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less any shipping & handling costs, plus a 10% restocking fee when paying by credit (this is to hand credit card processing fees we are charged by our bank, setup costs, and time we don’t get back). Special order, modified, and traded items are final sales and nonrefundable.
